Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the final Prophet and Messenger, the one sent as a mercy to the worlds, Mohammed and his family and companions, but after: It is a great honor to work in Al Medina Al Munawara under the supervision of Al Manakha Company in one of the important urban projects that contribute to developing and modernizing the entire region of Al Medina Al Munawara, especially the central area surrounding the Noble Prophet’s Mosque. The real estate investment is considered a blessing, which the company has been keen to develop according to plans and strategies derived from the nature of this activity. The central region’s urgent need for distinguished hotel facilities that accommodate it needs for its guests and visitors has been the reason for the establishment of the first nucleus of the hotel towers of Al Manakha Company, as the historic mosques project is an integrated historical, religious and investment system, in which the development that preserves the privacy and identity of the region has a presence. At the same time, it builds investment complexes in the hotel accommodation sector, according to an operation that takes into account the quality of the visitors to the Messenger of Allah mosque (Peace be upon Him) and the difference in their culture. It is worth noting that Al Manakha project is being established under the supervision of Al Madinah Development Authority, with the support of the governor of the region, “His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Salman”, or the follow-up of the Secretary-General of the Authority, “Dr. Talal Al-Raddadi”. The project has been carefully designed, and all kinds of urban luxury have been harnessed for the project, including the green spaces, fountains, and aesthetic landmarks. The design was inspired by the aesthetic, peaceful engineering, and distinguished urban heritage, as it took into account preservation of the identity, facilitating means of movement in the project, and use of the roads and squares in preserving the historical mosques. As applicable to such development projects that require extensive experience in the various technical, administrative and marketing fields, the company has been keen to contract with the best specialized international and local companies that have the necessary experience to carry out the required work in accordance with international standards. A contract was signed with the Heritage Foundation under the supervision of specialized experts for the restoration, consolidation and rehabilitation of the four historical mosques in the project area, which are (Al-Ghamama Mosque, Mosque of our Master Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, Mosque of our Master Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, Mosque of our Master Ali bin Abi Talib) (may Allah be pleased with them and make them happy). A contract was also concluded with the international company HOK to design the project, and a contract was also concluded with the international company SOM to complete the interior designs of the project, and given the project’s need to contract with a specialized local consulting company to follow up and prepare the designs and engineering supervision, it concluded with the Architectural Design House Company. In the field of the economic feasibility study, an invitation was invited to a number of expert houses and specialized companies to assist in preparing an economic feasibility study for the project. In light of that, KPMG submitted a study, and Swicorp Company has previously prepared a feasibility study as well.
